Is BriteSmile safe?

Hi, love the new forum!  OK, I know that this is a little over asked.  But, is BriteSmile safe and how long does it last?  Also, will it like chew away at the teeth enamel.  I'm a little worried about going through with it.  It just doesn't seem totally safe.  What are your guys thoughts???

Hey Bill, you know I have mixed thoughts on BriteSmile.  I've been doing it for 3 years now and really love the results.  My teeth look white and healthy.  BriteSmile hasn't caused any tooth decay thus far.  So, I'm happy with with it.  For the negatives, my dentist doesn't approve ANY tooth whitening systems.  But, I do it any way.  Also, the results only last for only about 6 months.  It get pricy at $400 per whitening.  It's definitely tedious and non-sustainable.  But, for the immediate / short term results it's great ;)
