Types of facelifts?

I'm pretty sure ALL woman my age are probably in the boat as me. If anyone doesn't mind answering me, what are all the different options as far as facelifts go? I know it probably sounds so funny but every time I look in the mirror it's like I aged another month. I have gone back and forth between looking into the non-invasive techniques like this http://lifestylelift.hubpages.com/hub/lifestylelift idea and an actual facelift. I wouldn't do anything without doing a ton of research on it. So, in order for me to get serious, I need some information. Thanks!

More Gossip...

I know how you feel Mya and I've been in your boat.  I've personally stayed away from all of the botox, face lifts, juvaderm, and "lifestyle lifts".  It's your face and you only have one.  I just don't feel safe with someone injecting needles or slicing up my face.  Instead I have been adamant about "facial exercises".  The thing is that you HAVE to be very diligent and consistent with it.  You MUST stick with it for at least a month.  I feel like it's really easy to try it for a week than just give up.  But, you're not going to see immediate results.  Unlike a major invasive procedure it will last for as long as you stay committed to it.  I didn't see noticeable results for about 4 - 5 weeks.  But, now my face looks younger, more perky, and healthier.  I honestly feel great and am sooooo glad that I stayed committed to the facial exercises.  Here's a good link to get you started!  http://www.squidoo.com/FaceLiftExercises-FacialMuscleExercises.  Good luck with it and let me know how it goes!
