Can I get a free nose job with a deviated septum surgery?

Hello, my name is Kim.  Is it true that you get a free nose job  on insurance with a deviated septum?  Is this exploiting the medical system or is it legitimate?  About 6 1/2 months ago I was gardening when my neighbor turned around with a gardening hoe and hit me upside the head.  Now I need a septoplasty to breathe and avoid sinus infections.  But, I also would like my old nose back.  Is it possible to get a free rhinoplasty covered on insurance with a deviated septum?  Thank you in advance.

It is possible if there's medical reasons for getting the surgery.  Usually the surgeon will throw a rhinoplasty on top of a septoplasty.  It's more money in there pockets and a free rhinoplasty for you.  Everyone wins (except for the insurace complany).  Refer to the question HERE.
