According to sources the two of them have just started a relationship! they were seen exiting out of a movie theater after watching the Hunger Games in NYC. The very next morning photos were taken of Kim Kardashian coming out of Kanye Wests apartment with the same outfit from the night before!
Kanye also just released a new song where he states that he had feelings for Kim while she was married to Kris Humphries.

Kim Kardashian neither confirms or denies the rumors. When she was asked on the breakfast show today she shied away from the rumors reguarding the song and dating rumors. Kim and Kanye were first rumored to date back in 2010 where they both stated they were just friends.
