Is Las Vegas becoming the next Los Angeles?

It appears that Las Vegas, NV is growing more & more popular in the hearts of celebrities everyday!

Being a born & raised Sin City native, my views on this transition are very mixed. When I think of all my years spent in Las Vegas, celebrity encounters definately don't come to mind. I think of my youth, my family, my past. It's a bittersweet sense of nostalgia.

However, Las Vegas has always been an "adult playground" for wealthy celebrities since the beginning of well, LAS VEGAS. That's old news! Day in & day out, we watch the Hollywood crowds flock to our nightclubs & casinos in search of publicity, money & sex. Don't confuse these high-roller celebrities with the average folks just looking to have a good time!

As much as I adore the thought of my hometown becomming a star-studded metropolis, I still have my reservations. Las Vegans already have to deal with people constantly asking us, "Is your mother a showgirl? Does your family own a casino? Is your life anything like The Hangover? Do you hate Jesus?" Now they'll add, "Do you go clubbing with celebrities?"
