Has Kim kardashian Had plastic surgery?  She has had a nose job, breast implants, and botox.  In the Kim Kardashian before and after picture you can see that her nose used to have a slight hump in on the bridge.  Now it is smooth and aesthetic from all angles.  But, she looks very air brushed and almost like a figurine.  Kim Kardashian before plastic surgery looked a lot more natural.  But, it has bumped her career to the to very extreme heights.  So, it was a good desician for her.
